Our gym is host to a wide range of equipment meant to help you meet your fitness goals. Cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, and monkey bar rig are just some of the equipment our members can use.

Personal Training

Need some help reaching your goals? Our team of certified trainers is here to help. Whether you prefer to workout in a group or need one-on-one assistance, we've got you covered.

Nutrition & Meals

Exercise is only part of the fitness equation. Our certified meal planners can help you craft a diet that will get the numbers on the scale to reflect all the hard work you're putting in.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, you can count on a positive atmosphere, and for your fellow members to help push you forward.

IBFIT Camp!

One of the best ways to get to know us and the gym is to come to one of our boot camps. These one-hour guided workouts are held once a week - at 8:00 am on Saturdays - and are popular with newcomers and regulars alike.

 
 
 

CrossFit Dreamland

In addition to traditional strength training, we’re also home to CrossFit Dreamland, a fully-affiliated CrossFit program.

IBHIIT

If you’re interested in a mix of cardio and weight training these high-intensity classes are for you! Held multiple times every weekday.

 

Dreamland Kids

Our kid-friendly CrossFit workouts are a great way for young ones to stay active and in shape.

Kid-Zone

We know it can be hard for parents to find time to make it to the gym. Our Kids-Zone is free for members, and is available Monday-Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with hours extended to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday to accommodate members taking the late Cross-Train class.
